UP teacher accused of showing porn to students

Lucknow, Sep 8: Parents of the primary school students from Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr district have reportedly filed a case against a teacher for watching obsene clips on his mobile phone and showing pornographic images to students in class.

A police complaint was registered against the teacher, Shiv Kumar on Monday, Sep 7 and he will face strict action, said officials.

"As the charges against Shiv Kumar are serious, we today (Tuesday) decided to order an enquiry against him. Till the completion of the enquiry, the teacher has been asked not to take the classes," in charge of primary education in the district, Ramesh Chandra Verma was quoted as saying in a news agency report.

In the report, the parents have alleged that Kumar used to threaten students against complaining about him to the principal or telling anyone about his acts.
