President Patil congratulates Pankaj Advani on becoming World Billiards Champion
New Delhi, Sep 7 (ANI): The President, Pratibha Patil has congratulated Pankaj Advani for becoming the World Billiards Champion.
The President who is currently in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe on a State Visit, was delighted to hear the news.
She said that the achievement is an occasion for great happiness not only because Pankaj Advani has become the World Champion, but also because he is only the second Indian to win this title. (ANI)
