YSR's son Jagan asks supporters to obey
Hyderabad, Sep 6: Late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy's son Jaganmohan on Sunday, Sep 6, asked his supporters to obey the orders of Congress high command and take oath.
Jaganmohan said, "This is not the time or occasion for expressing one's choice as successor. I request every one with folded hands to stop activities like going to the media, putting up banners and signature campaigns."
"Sonia Gandhi knows too well what is good for all of us. She respects public perception and feelings of Congress party workers. I request you to await the decision of Sonia Gandhi on leadership. I request you to abide by the decision," added Jaganmohan.
Senior Congress leader K Rosaiah sworn into office as the caretaker Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on Sunday, Sep 6.
Even all the ministers of state obeyed the orders of the Congress high command and took the oath.
Governor ND Tiwari administered the oath of office at his official residence.
Earlier, Former ministers P Ramachandra Reddy, J Krishna Rao and Syed Ahmadullah said they were only willing to work as ministers under YSR's son Jaganmohan Reddy.
