Chouhan not in race for BJP president

Bhopal, Sep 1(ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday said he was not in the race for the post of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president.

"These reports are mere media creation and nothing else," Chouhan said.

Chouhan also said there were no issues within the party, and claimed that BJP has got a very strong central leadership.

Of late, there have been reports in a section of media that Chouhan would take over as the next BJP president. (ANI)
