Istanbul, Aug 28: At least five people were killed and 15 others were seriously injured in a train crash in Turkey on Thursday, Aug 27, a railway official said.
The train, Cumhuriyet Express, hit a road works machine "due to the machine's uncontrolled and unauthorized access to the railroad area," the agency said in a statement.
