Man admits guilty for threatening to kill Obama
Washington, Aug 20: A Florida man pleaded guilty for sending an e-mail to the US Army Recruiting Command in Nov 2008 threatening to kill President Barack Obama.
21-year-old Nathan Wine, who now faces five years of jail, admitted sending the threatening e-mail to the US Army Recruiting Command just a day after Obama's election.
Prosecutors informed the court that Wine admitted to Secret Service agents that he had sent the letter and his plans to kill Obama.
Earlier, Reports said that Obama receives up to 30 potential death threats each day since George W Bush left office.
