Huge cache of arms and ammunition recovered on LoC
Srinagar, Aug.17 (ANI): Security personnel on Monday recovered huge cache of arms and ammunition from a militant hideout near Rattan Pathri post on Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district.
Acting on a tip off, the security personnel launched a search operation and busted the hideout.
The forces recovered 1.5 kilograms of RDX, 10 AK magazines, 806 AK rounds, 307 Sniper Rounds, 13 UBGL Grenades, 3Kenwood Radio Sets, Antenna 5 No., 9mm Chinese Pistol, 11 IED initiators and 1.5 Kg unidentified Explosive.
Security officials said that the arms had been just brought into the country from across the border. (ANI)
