President Patil to address the nation on Independence Day eve

New Delhi, Aug 13 (ANI): President Pratibha Devisingh Patil will address the nation on Friday, on the eve of the 63rd Independence Day.

The President's address will be telecasted over all channels of Doordarshan in Hindi followed by English from 7 P.M. onwards.

The address will also be broadcast over all channels of the All India Radio (AIR) in Hindi followed by English from 7 P.M. onwards.

In addition, AIR will broadcast the regional language versions of the address over its regional channels from 9.30 P.M. onwards. (ANI)
