Lahore commissioner blames RAW for Punjab unrest
Lahore, Aug. 7 (ANI): Lahore Commissioner Khusro Pervez has blamed India's Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) for the Punjab unrest.
The Daily Times quoted Pervez, as saying that the recent anti-Christian riots in Gojra, Sheikhupura and the attack on the Rescue 15 building in Lahore were orchestrated by the RAW.
He added that various American and Western organisations were trying to create "an Islamic brigade" in Pakistan by supporting the Indian spy agency.
Pervez said that Pakistan had identified nearly 21 such organizations whose members were receiving training in neighbouring countries.
"It seems RAW is trying to avenge its failure in Kashmir," he said. (ANI)
