Ram Gopal Varma all set to woo audience with his latest thriller 'Agyaat'

Mumbai, Aug 6 (ANI): 'Agyaat', the new suspense-filled thriller by Bollywood filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, is all set to hit the theatres on August 7.

"Agyaat (unknown) is not really a horror film. Generally, horror film includes ghosts, spirits and black magic. The film is an adventure thriller. Fear comes out of the thrill. It is not similar to ghosts and spirits," said Varma.

The movie's cast includes all new comers - Nitin Reddy, Priyanka Kothari and Ravi Kale among others.

Priyanka Kothari, actress of the film, narrated the highlights of the story of the movie to the reporters present here last evening.

"It is a story about a film unit which goes into the jungle for a shoot and eventually they get trapped. Then some supernatural factors start following them. It's not a horror movie," said Kothari.

In the movie, a film unit goes to a forest for a shoot and the members find themselves lost. The shoot is put on hold when a camera malfunctions and they have to wait for a replacement.

The members of the film unit went on a trek into the forest with a local guide. The guide was found mauled one night by an unseen killer and the panic and fear of the darkness of the unknown world sets in.

Imran and Vikram have scored the music to the lyrics penned by Prashant Pandey, Sandip Singh and Sarim Momin. (ANI)
