Bhutto death Probe: UN to question Musharraf
Islamabad, Aug 4: The UN commission probing into the assassination of former Pakistani prime minister Benazir Bhutto would be 'interviewing' Pervez Musharraf next month, a media report said on Tuesday, Aug 4.
Media report also said that the inquiry commission is clear about the need to interview Musharraf as it is believed that he was 'perhaps the most authoritative personality' in Pakistan at the time of her killing in 2007
"The interview might be conducted sometime in September, most likely in London," The News daily quoted sources close to the UN Commission as saying.
The News Daily added that the commission, which will go by its own mandate, believes that its work will be incomplete without interviewing a "principal, important and perhaps the most authoritative personality in Pakistan" at the time of Bhutto's killing in Dec 2007.
