Lakhvi, Shah may have confessed to 26/11: Report
Islamabad, Jul 30: Zakihur ur Rehman Lakhvi and Zarar Shah of Lashker-e-Toiba are 'believed to have confessed' to their involvement in the Mumbai attacks, the Dawn newspaper in Islamabad reported on Wednesday, Jul 29.
The Dawn said, "Pakistani investigators have found 'substantial evidence' directly connecting LeT to the November 26, 2008 attacks and proving 'beyond any reasonable doubt' that it planned and financed the terror strikes."
The Dawn also said, "Lakhvi and Zarar Shah are believed to have confessed to their involvement in the attacks. But Pakistani authorities have never confirmed that publicly."
Pakistan has also charged Lakhvi, mastermind of the attack, Zarar Shah and three other LeT men.
