Arrested TDP MLA complains of chest pain

Hyderabad, Jul 21: TDP legislator TV Rama Rao, who was earlier arrested for allegedly molesting Kerala students of a nursing institute being run by him in West Godavari, has been admitted to a hospital in Gutur after he complained of chest pain.

Rama Rao complained of chest pain and uneasiness after he was remanded to judicial custody till Aug 3 by the magistrate court at Eluru. He has been admitted to cardiology ward of a government hospital on Tuesday, Jul 21.

Cardiologist Dr B K Arjun said that his condition is stable adding that he has no heart problems.

Rama Rao has been booked under sections of IPC like punishment for wrongful restraint (Section 341), criminal intimidation (Section 506) and assault or criminal force to a woman with an intent to outrage her modesty (Section 354).
