Jakarta, Jul 17: At least 6 were killed and 29 others injured in a twin powerful blasts at two luxury hotels in an upscale Jakarta business district in Indonesia on Friday, Jul 17, an official said.
The blasts which occurred at Ritz-Carlton and Marriott hotels blew out windows and scattered debris and glass across the street.
Dr Cahyonod at the Jakarta Hospital said, "six people were killed. Police spokesman Col. Chrinanda Dwilaksana also put the death toll at six." At another hospital, the Metropolitan Medical Center, a list of 29 names was posted of people it said were also wounded.
