Barack Obama's speech interrupted, again

Washington, Jul 14: Barack Obama's speech was interrupted again, but this time it was no quacking duck. The US president's teleprompter fell down and shattered into pieces interrupting his speech.

Obama who uses the teleprompter to help him through all the speeches and even brief remarks was shocked when the screens came loose and crashed.

However, quickly recovering from the surprise, Obama said, "Oh, goodness. Sorry about that, guys."

While the administration officials, mayors and urban policy experts gathered at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building let out a laugh, the president continued his 11-minute speech calling for a new policy toward the nation's cities and metropolitan areas using his notes and the left over of the teleprompter.
