Brit man saved from prosecution by tattoo on willy
London, Jul 10 (ANI): A Brit man was saved from being prosecuted for flashing on a train by a lizard tattoo on his willy.
Barry Kenny, 28, a forklift driver, was accused of drunkenly waving his willy at a female guard.
But she never mentioned seeing any distinguishing marks during the incident on a Newcastle to Hartlepool service.
Kenny was prepared to show the two-inch tattoo of "Larry" to Hartlepool JPs - but the exposure charge was dropped.
His solicitor Vicky Lamballe said that there was a "very real identity" issue.
Kenny, who had been with pals, said outside court that one of his mates had flashed.
"That tattoo probably saved his skin," the Sun quoted his wife Nikki, 26, as saying. (ANI)
