Shiney's judicial custody extended till Jul 16

Mumbai, Jul 2: Bollywood Actor Shiney Ahuja's judicial custody has been extended to Jul 16. The actors whose judicial custody was supposed to end on Thursday, Jul 2, was presented in Andheri metropolitan court where this decision was taken.

The actor has been detained since Jun 14 for allegedly raping his domestic help. All the medical tests and DNA reports of Shiney Ahuja confirm that he had sex with the maid.

The victim's medical reports have confirmed that she was sexually assaulted and the abrasion on Shiney Ahuja's hand hinted at a struggle.

All these evidences add up to a strong case against Shiney Ahuja.
