Shiney Ahuja's DNA test confirms rape: Police

Mumbai, Jun 30: The Police on Monday, Jun 29 revealed that the DNA report of the Bollywood Actor, Shiney Ahuja confirms that he raped his maid and thus supporting the contents of the FIR.

"The DNA report has confirmed rape of the victim," said Additional Police Commissioner Amitabh Gupta.

With this report, the case against Ahuja will be strengthened as the DNA reports, medical reports and the statements of the maid will pile up to convincing evidence against the actor who is battling the charges of raping his domestic help.

“The reports, besides the statement of the victim, would be the strongest evidence against Ahuja in the rape case that he has been charged with," Gupta said.

Medical reports of the victims had already confirmed that she was sexually assaulted. And the medical report of Shiney Ahuja pointed out at the abrasion on his hand which could be a result of a struggle. The blood and urine tests suggested that he was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
