Krishna to visit Japan
New Delhi, June 29 (ANI): External Affairs Minister S. M. Krishna will undertake a two-day official visit of Japan from July 3 to 4.
A Ministry of External Affairs statement said that Krishna is traveling to Tokyo at the invitation of Japan's Foreign Minister Hirofumi Nakasone.
During the visit, Krishna will participate in the Third annual Strategic Dialogue of the Foreign Ministers of India and Japan.
He will also review Indo-Japanese bilateral ties and discuss matters of regional and international issues.
Krishna will also call on Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso during his visit and officially inaugurate the new building of the Indian Embassy in Tokyo.
An interaction with the Indian community in Japan is also scheduled. (ANI)
