Mahindra Holidays on Dalal Street at Rs 275-325

Mumbai, Jun 19: Mahindra Holiday has finally hit the Dalal Street. Quoting sources media reports say that Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd has set a price band of 275-325 rupees a share for its initial public offer (IPO).

The company that owns Club Mahindra Resorts on Wednesday, Jun 17 announced that it was planning to sell 9.27 million shares, representing 11 per cent of the post-issue paid-up capital.

The IPO issues open on Jun 23.
