14th Racial Attack: Indian abused, beaten up in Oz

Melbourne, Jun 15: 20-year old Sunny Bajaj is the newest addition to the list of Indian students attacked in Australia. Accounting for the 14th case of alleged racial attack, Sunny was reportedly beaten in Melbourne's eastern suburb by two men.

As per newspaper reports, the Indian youth who studies in the Deakin University was verbally abused and then punched by two men as he was about to get into his car in Boronia on Friday, Jun 12.

"They came up to me and asked me for money, I told them I had none and then they attacked me," Bajaj was quoted in a newspaper report.

Sunny Bajaj, who suffered a fractured finger and bruising to his back, said that the attackers verbally abused him after punching him in the head and stomach.
