Chinese woman fails to notarise SMS sent by hubby's mistress

New Delhi, June 15 (ANI): A notary office in China turned down a woman's plea to notarise text messages sent to her husband by his mistress.

Li, from Jingjiang, came to know about her husband's infidelity by checking his messages several days ago.

She took the phone to the office in order to get proof he was having an affair.

But since the phone wasn't hers the workers turned her down, reports the China Daily.

A notary officer added that notarising such messages would amount to violation of the man's privacy, and his right to free communication. (ANI)
