One killed, 25 injured as minibus falls in Bhaderwah ditch
Jammu June 14(ANI): One person was killed and 25 others were injured in a road accident at Thanhalla village of Bhaderwah in Doda district on Sunday morning.
The mini bus in which they were traveling skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge.
Eyewitnesses said the overloaded mini-bus plunged into a 250-feet deep gorge and landed on the ground after hitting several rocks in the gorge.
The driver of the bus was killed instantly.
Rescue teams were immediately pressed into action to pull the injured passengers out of the gorge and rush them to hospital.
The driver was identified as Parvez Ahmed.
