Blind dates may turn out to be serial con artists!

New Delhi, June 13 (ANI): Think twice before you decide to go on a blind date for you may be taken for a ride. A middle-aged man found this out the hard way, when he was tricked by a woman he met through a matchmaking service.

The man used the services of an agency to land a date with the middle aged "wealthy woman", who later vanished into thin air after she got him to spend 877 dollars worth of clothes on her.

The man bumped into the same woman through another agency in Shenyang, Liaoning province, reports the China Daily.

He later sought revenge by informing the police, who confirmed that she worked as a professional con artist in various matchmaking agencies. (ANI)
