G E Vahanvati appointed Attorney General

New Delhi, June 8 (ANI): Senior advocate Goolam E.Vahanvati was on Monday appointed as the new Attorney General of India.

Vahanvati, who hails from Maharashtra, has been appointed for a period of three years.

He was the Solicitor General during the previous UPA Government. (ANI)
