Broke bankers make the best 007s

London, June 7 (ANI): After losing jobs in the recession, bankers are trading off investment bonds for new lives as James Bonds.

United Kingdom's external intelligence agency, MI6, is targeting broke bankers in a bid to recruit 007-style spies.

An MI6 recruitment official admitted that the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) was keen to snap up redundant financiers, reports The Daily Star.

"We've had quite a number coming out of City jobs and they have been top quality," the leading spook said.

"They've got very strong skills, often honed by working in financial services," the official added. (ANI)
