President to address joint sitting of Parliament today

New Delhi, June 4 (ANI): President Pratibha Patil will address the joint parliamentary session of both Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha today.

The President is also expected to unveil the government's agenda for the year ahead in tune with the policies and programmes of the ruling party and its allies.

After the President's address, the House will discuss and pass the motion of thanks to the President.

The session would conclude on June 9. (ANI)
