DMK decides to join Manmohan Singh-led UPA Government

Chennai, May 25 (ANI): DMK supremo and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Karunanidhi has asked the party MPs to reach Delhi for cabinet expansion on Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh's consent.arunanidhi said in a press release issued by the party in Chennai on Monday evening that Dr. Singh contacted him over telephone this evening and informed that he has accepted DMK recommended names for ministerial berths.

Karunanidhi further added that the Prime Minister has requested all the members who have been recommended for ministership to attend the swearing in ceremony likely to take place on Tuesday. (ANI)
