Borge case: ADAG employees found innocent

Mumbai May 19: The Mumbai police on Monday, May 18 said that Airworks Ltd employee Bharat Borge's death was an accident and not a murder or suicide. They also gave clean chit to the three ADAG employees who were held for questioning. However the investigation is still on in the case.

Prakash Sawant, ACP (GRP) said, "Based on the statements of witnesses in the Borge's death is being treated as an accident since the possibilities of murder and suicide have been ruled out". He also said that, three employees of Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG), who were interrogated by the police, were found to be innocent.

"We are not treating the case as (one of) suicide since we have not found any indication that Borge planned to take his own life. He had even told his sister that he would visit his family in Satara on May 7," he added.
