Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar arrested

Mumbai, May 18: Akshay Kumar, the Bollywood actor was arrested and later released on bail on Monday, May 18 for allegedly indulging in obscene behaviour during a fashion show in Mar.

Police sources said that Akshay who arrived from abroad, surrendered before the police. He was later arrested under section 294 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code for his alleged obscene behaviour. Akshay Kumar, his wife Twinkle and the organiser were booked after an 'unbuttoning' act during the Lakme India Fashion week. Twinkle had unbuttoned Akshay's jeans in public when he asked her to do so while he was on the ramp.
