Congress openly snubs Maya, BJP welcomes

New Delhi, May 15: Even when talks and speculations are brewing around of post poll alliances between Congress and other parties like Mayawati's BSP, UP Congress openly picked a fight with her in Uttar Pradesh.

Rita Bahuguna Joshi, the UP Congress supremo has accused Maya and even complained to UP Govenor about CM's idea to whitewash the Vidhan Sabha, a clear sign which shows that Congress is in no mood to woo BSP chief.

Rita added that Samajwadi Party is the natural ally of Congress and said will approach them first if a need arise for allies. "We think Mulayam Singh Yadav will get more seats in UP than Mayawati," she added.

Congress snubbing Mayawati is certainly a good news to BJP-led NDA and they may even welcome the news with enthusiam. There are even reports of Advani camp ordering Mayawati's one-time 'rakhi brother' Lalji Tandon to hold talks with 'Behenji'of possible future ties.

Party sources also suggest that if BSP supremo want all cases against her be dismissed, if she should render support to Congress.
