Police raid Jayaprada's hotel room in Rampur

Rampur, May 12: Jayaprada, the Samajwadi Party candidate's hotel room in Rampur was allegedly raided by the police on Monday, May 11 late night. She and her party workers accused that it was another attempt to malign Jaya.

The rift in Samajwadi Party senior cadres are increasing visible day by day and the Rampur constituency has been witnessing bitter battle between the party General Secretary Amar Singh and senior leader Azam Khan specially over Jayaprada's candidature.

Earlier Jaya had accused Azam Khan of distributing her fake nude posters. In an interview to a news channel she even said that she had contemplated committing suicide.
