Angry Lalu and Paswan to skip cabinet meeting

New Delhi, May 8 : Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav who is angry over Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi suggesting a possible political arrangement with his rival in Bihar- Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is reportedly going to skip Friday, May 8 cabinet meeting in the capital along with Ram Vilas Paswan.

The otherwise media-friendly leader shunned the media on Thursday, May 7 even as polling was held for three Bihar Lok Sabha seats, including Pataliputra, the seat he was contesting for.

Lalu came with wife and former Bihar chief minister Rabri Devi, son Tej Pratap and a daughter to the polling station on the Veterinary College campus where the media were waiting for him since early morning.

Lalu pushed aside some reporters and cameramen of TV news channels.

A cameraman, who had managed to sneak into the room where the electronic voting machine was placed, was manhandled by an angry RJD supremo.
