Campaigning for 4th phase ends on May 5
New Delhi, May 5: Campaigning for the fourth phase of Lok Sabha Polls will end on Tuesday, May 5.
The fourth phase polling is scheduled to happen on May 7 when the political heavy weights like Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President Rajnath Singh, Congress' Pranab Mukherjee, Samajwadi Party (SP) supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav and RJD chief Lalu Prasad would enter the battle ground.
The second-last phase will see 1315 candidates including 119 women fight for 85 Parliamentary seats.
Polling in majority of the areas will be help between 7 am to 5 pm. However, four assembly segments comprising of Islampur and Hilsa in Nalanda parliamentary constituency and Masauri and Paliganj in Patliputra Lok Sabha constituency in Bihar would have polling from 7 am to 3 pm.
