Brit women waste £650m on summer clothes that don't fit!

London, May 5 (ANI): Women waste 650 million pounds buying summer clothes that do not fit, a new UK research has found.

The study, which found that one in four Brits spends 50 pounds to 100 pounds on tiny clothes that simply stay in the wardrobe, was conducted for Special K.

Many admit they are "in denial" about winter weight gain, the study claimed, reports The Sun.

Nineteen per cent of 1,000 women quizzed admitted squeezing into the wrong-sized outfits.

However, 54 per cent said they will diet to fit old outfits rather than go up a size.

The poll dubbed the behaviour Seasonal Wardrobe Syndrome. (ANI)
