4-month-old baby dies in incubator

Allahabad, May 3: On Saturday, May 1 a four-month-old baby boy was reportedly burnt alive in an incubator in a private nursing home in Allahabad. The child who had diarrhoea was brought to the hospital in Civil Lines areas by his parents for treatment.

Parents informed the police that the hospital staff informed them that they were keeping the baby in an incubator as his body temperature dropped to an alarming level. After some time the hospital authorities informed them that their child died and handed over the body to them.

The boy's body was in a charred condition. Police said that a case had been registered but no arrests are made yet.
