Ryan Reynolds wants to date...for charity!

New York, Apr 22 (ANI): Married Ryan Reynolds is going on a date - for charity.

The hunky star has auctioned off a chance for one lucky bidder to walk the red carpet on his arm for the premiere of one of his two upcoming films, "X Men Origins: Wolverine" or "The Proposal."

Reynolds is "dating other people" to benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, reports The New York Daily News.

In November of 2008 he raised over 100,000 dollars for the Foundation by completing the ING New York City Marathon.

Reynolds married the stunning actress on September 27, 2008 in a ceremony near Tofino, British Columbia. (ANI)
