Slumdog star Rubina Ali's mums in £200K catfight
London, Apr 21 (ANI): Slumdog Millionaire star Rubina Ali's biological mother and stepmother were caught in a fracas over an alleged attempt to sell the girl.
Rubina's real mum Kurshida Devade and stepmum Munni Qureshi were seen screaming and slapping each other on the Mumbai streets.
Meanwhile, Rubina's father Rafiq Qureshi has been arrested over claims that he tried to sell his daughter for 200,000 pounds to an Arab Sheikh.
The cops spent several hours quizzing Qureshi and are now on a prowl to obtain video recordings of the meeting at which the deal was supposedly brokered, reports The Sun.
Khurshida dubbed her ex-hubby and his new wife Mina as "money-crazy" and desperate to cash-in on the nine-year-old's fame. (ANI)
