Twenty Indian fisherman sent to judicial custody till April 28 in Pak
Karachi, Apr.16 (ANI): A local here has sent twenty Indian fishermen to judicial custody till April 28.
According to The News, police presented the fishermen before the court upon which Judge Nadeem Zafar Hashmi remanded all of them to judicial custody.
The Maritime Security Agency had arrested them along with their four boats earlier this week for allegedly violating the Pakistani waters.
This is second such arrest made by the Pakistani agency in less than a month.
In March , Pakistan's Maritime Security Agency (MSA) had arrested 31 Indian fishermen along with their fishing boats on charges of violating the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of the country in the Arabian Sea. (ANI)
