Kate Walsh requests court to block estranged hubby from claiming alimony
Washington, April 16 (ANI): Actress Kate Walsh has approached Los Angeles' Superior Court of California with the plea that her estranged husband Alex Young be blocked from claiming alimony.
She split from Young last year after just 12 months of marriage, and they are currently entangled in divorce proceedings.
The Private Practice star wants to avoid paying Young alimony.
She had her lawyers file documents on Monday requesting the court to stop Young from claiming any money from her, reports Contactmusic.
According to TMZ.com, Kate has also requested the court to give her more time to evaluate all her assets, pending the divorce settlement. (ANI)
