Tara Reid won't do next 'American Pie' movie

Washington, Apr 15 (ANI): Tara Reid has left the cast of the latest 'American Pie' sequel, after a deal regarding her return to the franchise broke down.

The actress was expected to finalise her comeback on April 10, but sources have told MovieHole.net that negotiations could not be done in time.

Reid recently spent time in rehab for a drinking problem, reports Contactmusic.

And it was believed that the actress would reprise her Vicki Lathum character from the first two 'American Pie' films for a seventh film, called 'Book of Love'.

Others who have joined the cast include original American Pie star Eugene Levy, crooner Wayne Newton, and U.S. TV favourite Sherman Helmsley from 'The Jeffersons'. (ANI)
