Jacqui Smith's home struck with 'shameful' blue porn plaque

London, April 14 (ANI): Jacqui Smith's house in Nunhead, South London, became a target for pranksters on Monday when they fixed a blue plaque to it, in order to shame the British Home Secretary over her vast expenses claims.

The plaque was glued on by arts magazine publisher Joseph Wade.

Modelled on English Heritage ones to mark a famous person's address, it describes Jacqui as "best known for claiming expenses for her barbecue and husband's porn films."

The Home Secretary stays in a room at the house her sister owns, and calls it her main residence.

She also claims a second home allowance on her family house in Redditch, Worcs.

Last month, it was reported that Jacqui claimed for two 5-pound porn films watched by her hubby.

"She is meant to be in a position of leadership," the Sun quoted Wade as saying. (ANI)
