Telstra says it can't guarantee 'porn-free' loan mobiles! (Re-issue)
Melbourne, April 13 (ANI): Telstra has said that it cannot guarantee its loan mobile phones are free of porn, after a 10-year-old Gold Coast girl was exposed to a sex video.
The mother of the Runaway Bay girl said a phone she borrowed from Telstra had not been reset and it contained the previous client's personal text messages and recordings.
The woman's 10-year-old daughter came across video footage of a man involved in a sex act while playing games on the mobile in the car.
When the mother complained to Telstra and asked for a guarantee it could not happen again, she said the company was unable to provide it.
"What's on this video is not ever in our lifetime going to be deemed acceptable. It wasn't even pornography, it was much worse. We're not talking about just girls with their tops off here," Goldcoast.com.au quoted the woman as saying. (ANI)
