Jolie did not collapse on 'Salt' set: Rep
Washington, April 9 (ANI): Reports that Angelina Jolie collapsed on the sets of her new movie 'Salt' after filming an exhausting scene are untrue, says a film rep.
The 'Changeling' star plays the role of Evelyn Salt, an outed Russian sleeper spy, in the forthcoming thriller directed by Phillip Noyce.
Britain's Now magazine had previously reported that the actress sought medical help after crumbling last month.
"It all got too much for Angelina. She collapsed between takes, complaining of shortness of breath and dizzy spells," Us Weekly quoted the magazine as reporting.
"To be fair, it was after she'd filmed a strenuous scene in which she ran around the set, but it was still shocking to see her crumble...there was something very wrong with her fitness levels if she couldn't handle a couple of action scenes," the magazine continued.
But a rep from Sony, the studio behind the movie, slammed the reports, saying they were far from the truth.
The rep said: "I can confirm that those rumors are in fact not true!" (ANI)
