Goody's grieving mum 'draws strength' from Bible

London, April 8 (ANI): Late Jade Goody's grieving mother was spotted gathering her emotions as she read the Bible at her daughter's final resting place.

Jackiey Budden, who lost her 27-year-old girl to cervical cancer on March 22 - Mother's Day, was seen reading aloud passages as she sat alone on the flower-laden site at the churchyard near Jade's home in Upshire, Essex.

"She looked visibly upset but she managed to hold back the tears," the Sun quoted an onlooker as saying.

"She read from the Bible for quite some time and every now and then read parts of it aloud. She looked like she felt content sitting there," the onlooker added.

The 51-year-old is planning a getaway to Jamaica to overcome Jade's death with the help of some friends.

She told Now magazine: "They'll look after me. It'll be good to take some time out to recuperate." (ANI)
