Zac Efron doesn't want to 'fall victim' to hard partying

Washington, April 7 (ANI): Zac Efron has decided to keep his distance from the party scene because he does not want to "fall victim" to alcohol and jeopardize his career.

The High School Musical star confessed having learnt lessons from other young actors who had killed their chances after giving in to their wild lifestyles.

"There's a time for celebration and I partake, sure," Contactmusic quoted the 21-year-old as saying.

"But, you know, it's important not to let that become too big of a distraction. The more you have access to, the harder it is to remain focused.

"You know what, I do not want to fall victim to that, it's too easy and too often done. It's out of style anyway, I think too many people have done it before me, I'm not going to.

"It's uncool, yeah. I think the rebellious thing to do would to actually be successful (sic)," he added. (ANI)
