No showdown between Star Jones and Al Reynolds at first meeting after divorce

New York, Apr 6 (ANI): Star Jones and Al Reynolds finally came face to face for the first time since their messy divorce, but without any fireworks.

The ex-couple attended the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami last week, and found themselves sitting not too far form each other.

"It was so awkward! One, Al was with his girlfriend [Nicole Hutchinson]. Two, neither of them acknowledged one another," the New York Daily News quoted an eyewitness as saying.

The source added: "The event handlers were so freaked out - they didn't realize they'd placed Al and Star so close, and thought things would get ugly."

But, to the relief of many, there was no showdown between the exes.

A representative for Al said: "It is clear that they have both moved on in their personal and professional lives. He wishes the best for his ex-wife."

On the other hand, Star's camp refused to comment on the issue. (ANI)
