Naveen Chawla to review Bihar poll preparedness today

Patna, Apr 6 (ANI): Election Commissioner Naveen Chawla will arrive here today to review poll preparedness in Bihar for the coming Lok Sabha polls.

During his visit, Chawla will hold discussion with senior officials of the state to ensure free and fair polls.

He will also hold meeting with the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police of the state regarding preparedness of 13 constituencies where the polling will be held in first phase on April 16.

The general elections in Bihar will take place in four phases. The first phase is scheduled on April 16, second on April 22 and 23, third on April 30 and fourth on May 7. (ANI)
