'Sex and the City' sequel gets summer date

Washington, Apr 3 (ANI): The date has been officially set for 'Sex and the City sequel', it is: May 28, 2010.

Usmagazine.com has confirmed that the second instalment debuts around the same timeframe as the first flick, which hit theatres May 30, 2008.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon have all signed up for the next instalment, as has writer Michael Patrick King.

The first SATC earned 412 million dollars worldwide. (ANI)
