Continue peace talks: Pak to India

Islamabad, Apr 3: Pakistan wants to continue talks with India in order to carry on the peace process that has been halted after the 26/11 attacks.

Abdul Basit, Foreign Office Spokesman said, "It will be better to resume the dialogue process as it will be better for the region and for the progress and prosperity of the people," and remarked on how the blame game between the two countries will lead them nowhere.

Responding to the suggestion from the Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari, Manmohan Singh said that the neighbours need to prove that it is doing 'all that is possible', and that Pakistan should show sizeable results on the Mumbai terror attacks probe.
